Shipping Rates and Duties	Free shipping for order over €100 or $115 We ship from a HIKIBRAND store near your location. Economic shipping: ePacket 6-10 days. Up to 2kg. Express shipping: EMS or DHL depending to destination. 3-6 days. Local shipping (if possible): local mail 1-3 days. Note: Due to the Coronavirus, long delays may occur. Some post temporarily suspended international mail to more than 120 Countries, therefore ePacket service will not be available to some destinations. We do not cover taxes or duties that may apply in your own country. (Please check with your local customs office.)

Period of delivery	Your order will be shipped within 5 business days from a HIKIBRAND store near you. Delays may occur in cases of the flood of orders or our consecutive holidays. International Shipping: 5-10 Business Days by EMS. Depending on package size and destination we may use other courier. (UPS, DHL, DPD)
Cancel, Return or Exchange of products	Once you completed a perches we do not accept any exchanges or cancellations. Refund or exchange is accepted only in the case of a defective item or if the wrong item was send by mistake. In such cases, please send us a photo of the damaged item and contact us within seven (7) days from receiving the products. In this case we will bear shipping fees. Please note that we will not accept any item back after the seven (7) days period.
Product Availability	Products are made available on both our online & off line stores. It is unlikely but may happen that the item you ordered will not be available. Products may not be available in the case of ordering a big quantity from the same item. In this cases we will contact you by E-mail and schedule a later delivery date.
